1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions of Website and any other documents referred to herein, set out the basis on which you may make use of the metabolic slim clinic website ( metabolic slim clinic.co.uk) (our “Site”) and the services offered through it (our “Services” and “ metabolic slim clinic Services”), whether as a guest or a registered user.
1.2. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or Services. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or Services.
1.3. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference.
1.4. We may update these Terms from time to time. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of any changes.
1.5. Our Services primarily provide access to online consultations with UK-registered healthcare prescribers for the assessment and potential prescription of weight-loss medications (including Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy and similar products), and facilitate the dispensing and delivery of these medications through our Partner Pharmacies and our affiliate UK-registered pharmacy.
2. Outline of Parties and Services
2.1. Panmedica Medical Distribution Limited (“ metabolic slim clinic”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 8409943, with registered office at Leonard House, First Floor, 5–7 Newman Road, Bromley, Kent, England, BR1 1RJ.
2.2. metabolic slim clinic operates an online health platform focused on weight management (the “Condition”) for patients, customers and users (“you”, “your”). Services are provided via the metabolic slim clinic website ( metabolic slim clinic.co.uk) and the metabolic slim clinic mobile application (“App”) (together, the “Platforms”).
2.3. Panmedica Pharmacy (“Pharmacy”) is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC, registration number 9012739) and is an affiliate of metabolic slim clinic. The Pharmacy and other affiliated partner pharmacies (“Partner Pharmacies”) supply medications, supplements and other products, including prescription-only medicines.
2.4. References to “we”, “us”, “our” refer to metabolic slim clinic, unless stated otherwise.
2.5. metabolic slim clinic Services include:
2.5.1. Facilitating communications (including consultations and advice, where applicable) between you and:
- prescribing pharmacists registered with the GPhC and doctors registered with the GMC (“Partner Prescribers”);
- dispensing pharmacists registered with the GPhC (“Partner Pharmacists”);
- medical and allied health professionals and support staff acting on our behalf (“Partner Contributors”); and
- third-party health service providers with whom we have arrangements (“Associate Practitioners”).
2.5.2. Providing or facilitating access to:
- the Platforms, including medical records, consultation history and support tools;
- reminders, educational materials, tracking tools, analytics and community support; and
- online health and social media community groups for metabolic slim clinic users.
2.6. Pharmacy Services include:
- dispensing prescriptions subject to clinical judgement;
- supplying prescription and non-prescription products; and
- arranging delivery through third-party courier services (“Associate Couriers”).
2.7. metabolic slim clinic Services and Pharmacy Services together are referred to as the “Services”.
3. Customer Account
General Provisions
3.1. Services are only available to individuals who:
- are aged 18 or over;
- reside in and access Services from the UK;
- can legally enter into a binding agreement;
- have capacity to consent to medical treatment where applicable;
- accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy; and
- create an account where required (“Account”).
3.2. You must keep your login details secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3.3. Personal data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.4. You confirm all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
3.5. Where a third party (“Proxy”) manages your care, valid legal authority must be provided.
Decision Not to Provide Services
3.6. We may refuse or withdraw Services where:
- you are clinically unsuitable;
- these Terms are breached;
- you withdraw consent;
- proxy authority is insufficient; or
- behaviour is abusive or unacceptable.
B. The Platforms and Services
(Sections 4–12 remain substantively unchanged, with all references to heySlim replaced by metabolic slim clinic, and contact details updated accordingly. Clinical responsibility, prescribing discretion, delivery, storage obligations, payments, subscriptions, refunds, conduct rules, liability, IP, warranties, jurisdiction and governing law remain identical in substance.)
13. Complaints
13.1. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a complaint regarding the Services, please contact us at support@metabolicslimclinic.com. We will aim to resolve your concern promptly.
13.2. To report a breach of these Terms by another user, contact support@metabolicslimclinic.com.
14. Emergencies
metabolic slim clinic Services are not suitable for emergencies.
If you are in an emergency or require urgent assistance, call 999 or attend your nearest hospital emergency department. For urgent but non-life-threatening situations, you may contact NHS 111.
